Job Purpose :
To lead design of Metro, PRT and Road bridges during DMP and subsequent Design Stages.
Key Accountabilities :
- Scope writing and Technical Evaluation of Consultant/ Contractor selection.
- Has sound knowledge of Construction and Maintenance of major infrastructure, overseeing structural analysis, field inspections, safety and compliance.
- Stakeholder Management from feasibility to detailed design, ensuring projects meet quality, budget and schedule goals.
- Reviewing deliverables (reports, drawings), providing on-site construction support (RFIs, changes), and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- To lead complex bridges design and analysis of Metro, PRT, Pedestrian and Road bridges during DMP and subsequent Design Stages.
Minimum Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of proven Design and Site supervision experience.
- Proven leadership experience in managing multi-functional teams.
- Experience in large-scale projects or PIF-related environments is highly desirable.
- Design capability to lead tunneling design and site supervision works.
- Understanding of procurement lifecycle and contract management.
- Regulatory compliance and risk management acumen.
- Financial and commercial awareness (cost optimization & value engineering).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and dashboard oversight skills.
- Leadership, influencing, and change management skills.
