Vice President of Global Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end supply chain including procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and
2. distribution.
3. Develop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with growth and profitability.
4. Optimize cost-to-serve including procurement, freight, and inventory.
5. Drive global sourcing strategies.
6. Ensure efficient port operations and minimize demurrage.
7. Monitor KPIs such as cost per ton, OTIF, and inventory turnover.
8. Lead risk management and ensure supply continuity.
9. Drive integration and standardization across business units.
10. Lead digital transformation initiatives (ERP/SAP, analytics).
11. Build and lead a high-performing supply chain organization.

Job Specification

1. Over 15 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and operations, with at least 10 years in leadership roles.
2. Proven track record in managing complex, multi-country supply chains.
3. Strong knowledge of the Saudi supply chain ecosystem, including ports, logistics, and regulations.
4. Global exposure to international sourcing, freight markets, and supplier networks.
5. Strong focus on cost optimization, working capital efficiency, and resilience.
6. Experience in end-to-end supply chain integration and optimization.
7. Strong leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
