Role Summary
Responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, and support of broadcast and audiovisual (AV) systems, ensuring reliable audio, video, and display operations across project sites.
Key Responsibilities
Install and configure AV and broadcast equipment (displays, video walls, cameras, microphones, speakers, encoders/decoders)
Integrate AV systems with network infrastructure (IP-based AV, control systems)
Configure conferencing systems (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, Webex, etc.)
Perform system testing, calibration, and commissioning
Troubleshoot audio, video, and signal distribution issues
Coordinate with Network Engineers and IT teams during deployment
Prepare as-built diagrams, configuration documents, and user guides
Support live events, broadcasts, or critical AV operations if required
Required Skills & Experience
3-7 years experience in AV or broadcast engineering
Strong knowledge of audio, video, and signal flow
Experience with IP-based AV systems
Familiar with vendors such as Crestron, Extron, Poly, Cisco, Barco, or similar
Understanding of network fundamentals (VLANs, QoS) is a plus
