Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Broker based in Abu Dhabi. The Broker will be responsible for sourcing and managing property sales, leasing, and investment opportunities while maintaining relationships with clients and developers. Day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating property viewings, negotiating terms, preparing contracts, tracking market trends, and assisting clients to make informed real estate decisions. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless property transaction experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Property Sales, Leasing, and Investment Advisory services
• Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
• Excellent ability to conduct Market Research and Property Appraisals
• Familiarity with Real Estate Marketing and Listing
• Experience in prospecting and managing a portfolio of properties
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
• Solid understanding of the UAE real estate market
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• A valid UAE driver's license is mandatory
