This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Broker at THE 5A PROPERTIES LLC. The Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, renting, or investing in properties. Day-to-day tasks include providing expert advice on Dubai's real estate market, coordinating property visits, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Broker will actively participate in sourcing leads, conducting market research, and ensuring a smooth transaction process to meet client needs and expectations.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills to foster client relationships and close deals effectively
• Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and property analysis
• Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market, legal frameworks, and property trends
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and transactions efficiently
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide tailored investment solutions
• Relevant experience in real estate sales or a related field
• A valid UAE real estate brokerage license is preferred
