Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Building Materials and Hardware Salesperson located in Rai. The role involves providing excellent customer service, advising clients on suitable building materials and hardware products, assisting with sales transactions, and managing customer inquiries both in person and via phone. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, ensuring the display areas are organized, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proven Sales experience with expertise in advising clients and driving transactions
• Familiarity with building materials, including Paint and hardware products, is highly desirable
• Excellent Phone Etiquette for handling customer inquiries effectively
• Ability to work as part of a team, manage time effectively, and meet sales goals
• Prior experience in a sales or retail environment is preferred
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, is an added advantage
