Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rai for a Building Materials Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets for building materials. Primary activities include conducting market research, identifying customer needs, providing product demonstrations, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and contributing to the development of sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, client relationship management, and account acquisition
• Knowledge of building materials and familiarity with the construction industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in market research and analysis to understand customer needs
• Proactive work approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
