Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Bus Driver will be responsible for safely operating a bus and transporting passengers to specified destinations. Day-to-day tasks include adhering to assigned schedules, ensuring the safety of passengers, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle, and providing friendly and professional customer service. Drivers are also expected to follow traffic laws and maintain accurate logs and reports.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Bus Driving and Truck Driving with a valid and current driver's license applicable to large vehicles
- Knowledge of safety regulations, Defensive Driving techniques, and adherence to traffic rules
- Completion of Driver Training programs or certifications, demonstrating proficiency in vehicle operation
- Strong Customer Service skills to assist and interact courteously with passengers
- Ability to adapt to flexible schedules, work under pressure, and handle challenging situations professionally
- Familiarity with Dubai routes and traffic conditions is an advantage
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English; multi-language skills are a plus
