Title: Executive Business Account Emirati (Community Living & Retail)
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads for leasing of retail units.
Conduct property viewings, client presentations, and negotiations, ensuring deals are closed in line with company targets and compliance requirements.
Prepare and manage proposals, offers, contracts, and documentation, coordinating with operations teams and other departments as required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, tenants, as well as real estate brokers and agents to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing, providing regular sales reports and contributing to business development strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
12 years experience in sales, or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven.
