Talents Tide is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join a leading government entity as an Executive Business Account (Community Living & Retail). This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, client engagement, and driving business growth within the retail leasing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads for leasing of retail units
  • Conduct property viewings, client presentations, and negotiations to successfully close deals
  • Prepare and manage proposals, offers, contracts, and related documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of leasing activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, tenants, brokers, and agents
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • Prepare sales reports and contribute to business development initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 12 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven mindset
