Talents Tide is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join a leading government entity as an Executive Business Account (Community Living & Retail). This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, client engagement, and driving business growth within the retail leasing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for leasing of retail units
- Conduct property viewings, client presentations, and negotiations to successfully close deals
- Prepare and manage proposals, offers, contracts, and related documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of leasing activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, tenants, brokers, and agents
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Prepare sales reports and contribute to business development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 12 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
- Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven mindset
