Responsible for bridging business needs and technical solutions by analyzing, documenting, and translating customer requirements into clear system and functional specifications.
Supports both pre-sales and project implementation phases, ensuring delivery of optimal, scalable, and value-driven solutions while maintaining strong customer engagement and internal team alignment.
Plan and manage analysis activities during both pre-proposal preparation and implementation phases
Conduct requirements elicitation through interaction with potential and existing customers, including Orientation sessions, Questionnaire's preparation, Requirements-gathering interviews & Findings and validation workshops.
Analyze business and user requirements to address customer needs and recommend optimal business and technical solutions, while informing clients of realistic technical constraints
Interpret business and user requirements into clear, structured, and comprehensive documentation
Align with technical and solution teams to map user requirements into practical system and workflow specifications
Support design, development, and testing teams during implementation and transfer business knowledge.
Support RFI / RFQ / RFP business inquiries and proposal preparation.
Provide day-to-day performance management for subordinates, including feedback, coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent.
Minimum 810 years of experience in the same or related industry
Strong combination of technical expertise and business leadership skills
Solid awareness of technical architecture, workflow engines, and industry trends
Good understanding of GIS concepts, spatial data, and GIS-based applications
Very good understanding of business processes, business cycles, and multi-market exposure
Awareness of workflow engine concepts, including process automation, approvals, orchestration, and state management
Understanding of GIS concepts and applications, including spatial data, maps, layers, and GIS-enabled systems
Experience in enterprise software solutions and digital transformation projects
Experience working on systems that integrate GIS, workflow engines, and business process automation
Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, SRS, use cases, user stories).
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
