Key Responsibilities:
Oracle Implementation: Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Supply Chain Fusion and Oracle EBS projects.
Requirements Management: Direct engagement with business stakeholders to facilitate Requirements.
Process Engineering: Conduct detailed Business Process Mapping, Fit-Gap Analysis, and develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and System Requirements Specifications (SRS).
Functional Design: Design and architect Oracle Supply Chain solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, IT, and external vendors.
Performance Reporting
Agile Delivery: Execute projects within Agile/Scrum or Waterfall
Technical Skills & Qualifications
Oracle Functional Expertise: Deep functional knowledge in Oracle Supply Chain modules, specifically:
Procurement & Purchasing: IPROC, Sourcing, Supplier-ISP, and Contract Management.
Inventory Management (INV) and Product Information Management (PIM).
Oracle Recruiting Cloud: Integration and functional understanding within the Oracle ecosystem.
Documentation Mastery: Proven ability to author Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and manage Variation Orders.
Strategic Tools: Proficiency in project management and documentation tools, including JIRA and ServiceNow.
Professional Certification:
Possession of a recognized certification in Business Analysis, such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA.
Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of Localization and compliance requirements
Change Management: Experience in driving Supply Chain Transformation and managing the organizational change associated with ERP deployments
Education & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 5 Y.O.E of professional experience in Oracle Supply Chain implementations.
