Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Junior Business Analyst, based in Samanoud.

Daily responsibilities include analyzing business processes and requirements, preparing detailed documentation, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The Junior Business Analyst will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and support in implementing business solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the capacity to assess data and derive insights
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding of business processes
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas effectively
• Skills in defining and documenting clear and actionable Business Requirements
• Ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with industry-specific software or technical experience is a plus
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
