Business Analyst

Role Description

This part-time Business Analyst role is based in Dubai and operates as a hybrid position, combining both on-site collaboration and remote work flexibility. The Business Analyst will focus on gathering, analyzing, and defining business requirements, optimizing business processes, and providing data-driven insights. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, analyzing trends and data to inform decisions, and documenting workflows to support decision-making aligned with AML regulations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering
• Proven ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and apply Analytical Skills for problem-solving
• Excellent Communication skills, including presentation and collaboration with diverse teams
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing Business Processes to drive efficiency
• Knowledge of AML compliance and financial crime prevention practices is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills
