Job Description:

As a Business Analyst and CRM Integrator for Bitrix24, you will be responsible for analyzing the company's internal business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and integrating the Bitrix24 CRM system to enhance workflow, customer management, and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with various departments, assess needs, and customize the Bitrix24 platform to align with business goals. Additionally, your role will involve training employees, ensuring smooth system operations, and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Process Analysis:

- Collaborate with department heads to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Map out current business processes and identify areas of inefficiency or bottlenecks.

- Propose solutions to streamline processes using Bitrix24's CRM and automation tools.

2. CRM Integration & Implementation:

- Lead the integration of Bitrix24 CRM into the company's operations.

- Customize Bitrix24 modules (CRM, task management, communication tools) to meet the specific needs of various business functions (e.g., sales, marketing,vcustomer service).

- Ensure proper data migration and integration with other systems (ERP, accounting software, etc.).

3. Workflow Automation:

- Design and implement automated workflows for tasks such as lead generation, sales pipeline management, customer support, and internal communication.

- Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales performance, customer interactions, and other business KPIs.

4. Training and User Support:

- Provide training to users on how to effectively use the Bitrix24 platform.

- Create manuals, user guides, and training materials to ensure company-wide adoption.

- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot issues as needed.

5. System Maintenance & Optimization:

- Continuously monitor the performance of the CRM system and optimize configurations.

- Ensure that Bitrix24 CRM updates are applied regularly and that the system remains secure and up to date.

- Collaborate with external vendors or Bitrix24 support for complex technical issues and enhancements.

6. Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Generate reports and dashboards on CRM data for decision-making purposes (e.g., lead tracking, sales performance, customer satisfaction).

- Assist with data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that can drive business growth.

7. Compliance & Data Security:

- Ensure the CRM system adheres to data protection regulations and that all customer data is handled securely.

- Regularly audit the system for compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
