Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst located in Dubai. Some remote work flexibility will be provided. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements, identifying and addressing operational and technological challenges, and supporting the development of solutions that enhance business performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including problem-solving and data analysis, to assess both existing and prospective business challenges and opportunities
- Proven experience in Business Analysis and Business Process improvement to optimize operational efficiency
- Ability to elicit, document, and manage Business Requirements effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with and present findings to stakeholders
- Experience with software development lifecycle, project management, or technology solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proficiency in analytical tools or software is an advantage
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment effectively and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced setting
