Key Responsibilities.
1. F&B Performance Analysis.
- Analyze F&B sales, revenue, margins, and contribution across outlets or business units.
- Track performance against budgets, forecasts, and historical results.
- Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
2. Cost & Margin Control
- Monitor food and beverage cost ratios, wastage, shrinkage, and yield.
- Analyze supplier pricing, recipe costing, and portion control impacts.
- Support initiatives to improve gross margin and cost efficiency.
- Pricing & Product Analysis
- Evaluate pricing strategies and promotional effectiveness.
- Analyze product and menu mix performance and profitability.
- Support new product launches and menu optimization decisions.
4. Reporting & Dashboards
- Prepare regular F&B performance reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all analysis.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
5. Planning & Forecasting Support
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning cycles.
- Develop financial models and scenario analysis for F&B initiatives.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
- Support audits, variance analysis, and corrective action plans.
- Ensure alignment of data and assumptions across departments.

Qualifications & Experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Analytics.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or financial analysis.
