Business Analyst Logistics & Salesforce
We are seeking a Mid to Senior Business Analyst to support our Operations & Supply Chain Excellence Center, driving process optimization and standardization across the organization. This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, with a strong focus on logistics operations and Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements
- Design process flows, wireframes, and functional documentation
- Support testing, UAT, and implementation activities
- Develop training materials and conduct user training
- Document procedures for transportation, warehousing, and customs
- Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 46 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in process design, documentation, testing & implementation
- Background in logistics & supply chain operations
- Salesforce experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
