We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong banking and financial services background to support a strategic engagement with a leading financial institution in Saudi Arabia for a consulting client.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders, project teams, and senior leadership.
• Conduct business process reviews, gap analyses, and process improvement assessments.
• Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), process flows, user stories, and business cases.
• Support banking transformation and change initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, developers, and testing teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and business sign-off activities.
• Produce executive reports, presentations, dashboards, and steering committee materials.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Provide recommendations and insights to support decision-making and project delivery.

Essential

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Essential to be Arabic speaking
• Essential onsite presence in Riyadh
• Strong experience in banking and specifically:
• Loan Origination
• Loan Processing
• Loan Management
• Lending Operations
• Credit Risk
• Consumer Finance
• Mortgage Products
• Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and regulatory environments.
• Extensive experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
