We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst to join a well-known Islamic Bank. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp analytical mind, outstanding communication skills, and deep industry knowledge to support the development and optimization of banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Process Improvement Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Communication Act as a bridge between technical teams, business leads, and end-users to ensure consistent alignment and shared understanding across all project phases.
- Documentation Create clear and structured documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), use cases, and test cases to support development and testing activities.
Required Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information systems or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 35 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or fintech industry

- Effective Communication Exceptional written and verbal skills for interfacing with a wide range of stakeholders.

- Industry Expertise Knowledge of the banking sector, with a particular focus on digital and internet banking products and services.
- Interpersonal Agility Ability to foster collaboration and maintain productive relationships with diverse teams.
- Project Management Basics Understanding of methodologies such as Agile or Scrum to support project planning and execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: CBAP, AAC, or equivalent is advantageous.
- Technical Know-how Exposure to programming languages and database management tools is a plus.
- Change Management Awareness Understanding of principles and best practices to support organizational change initiatives.
