Business Analyst Lead

We're seeking a Business Analyst Lead with a proven track record across government, telecom, and bankingdomains. You'll translate business needs into clear, testable requirements using both traditional analysis(e.g., use cases, process models) and Agile/Scrumpractices (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria). The role also supports presales, requiring confident client engagement and polished presentations.

• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements (BRD, FRD, use cases, user stories, workflows).
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Model current/future processes; define acceptance criteria and traceability.
• Partner with product/engineering to prioritize scope and manage change.
• Support presales: solution framing, decks/demos, RFP/RFI responses.
• Prepare and deliver client-facing presentations and status updates.

• 8+ years of business analysis experience, ideally spanning government, telecom, and banking.
• Strong command of both traditional BA methodsand Agile/Scrumdelivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to produce clear, structured documentation (use cases, user stories, process flows).
• Presales exposure (customer workshops, proposals, demos) is a strong plus.
