Job Description

  • Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather comprehensive business requirements.
  • Analyze and document business processes, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the prioritization of requirements in collaboration with project and development teams.
  • Utilize business analysis tools to develop detailed process maps, workflows, and user journey diagrams.
  • Analyze the impact of proposed changes on business processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain business requirement documents, including use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure proper understanding of requirements.
  • Review test cases and validate that they accurately reflect and cover the business requirements.
  • Manage changes to business requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure alignment with project goals
