Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Egypt (Remote)

Work Type: Freelance Remote

Duration: 1 Month Contract

Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst for a short-term freelance engagement to support business analysis activities, requirements documentation, and digital assessment system enhancements. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

Collect, analyze, and document business and stakeholder requirements.

Prepare detailed Functional and Technical Requirement Documents.

Conduct gap analysis and validate business needs.

Stakeholder & Development Coordination

Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.

Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.

Ensure alignment between proposed solutions and strategic objectives.

Digital Assessment Systems

Design, enhance, and optimize digital assessment systems.

Participate in system testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Ensure overall system quality and performance.

Reporting & Support

Prepare analytical reports to support managerial and executive decision-making.

Provide technical support and conduct user training sessions when required.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of IT experience.

Hands-on experience with digital assessment systems.

Experience in preparing formally approved Functional and Technical Requirement documents.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies.

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Stakeholder management and communication skills.

Data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Proficiency in documentation and project management tools.
