Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst with mandatory experience in the ports / maritime domain to support digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives.

The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering requirements, managing projects, and ensuring successful delivery of business and system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand current processes and define future-state solutions
  • Prepare user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Coordinate with development, implementation, and support teams
  • Manage stakeholder communication, priorities, and project timelines
  • Support system integrations, testing, UAT, and post-go-live activities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational needs

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of Business Analyst experience
  • Mandatory experience in ports / maritime domain
  • Strong understanding of port operations, logistics workflows, and related business processes
  • Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP / CRM / operational platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery models

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant BA certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) preferred
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
