We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst with mandatory experience in the ports / maritime domain to support digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives.
The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering requirements, managing projects, and ensuring successful delivery of business and system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand current processes and define future-state solutions
- Prepare user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate with development, implementation, and support teams
- Manage stakeholder communication, priorities, and project timelines
- Support system integrations, testing, UAT, and post-go-live activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational needs
Required Experience
- 10+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Mandatory experience in ports / maritime domain
- Strong understanding of port operations, logistics workflows, and related business processes
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP / CRM / operational platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery models
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
- Relevant BA certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
