Business Analyst- StatusNeo

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in SaaS platforms and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with product, engineering, and business teams to gather requirements, optimize processes, and support the delivery of scalable, data-driven products. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, functional understanding of SaaS architectures, and familiarity with modern AI applications (LLMs, automation, and predictive analytics).

Job Location- Initial 3 months Abu Dhabi then remote from India

Key Responsibilities

Business & Product Analysis

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for SaaS and AI-based features.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, process diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation or AI-enhanced optimization.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define roadmap priorities based on business value.

AI & SaaS Solution Support

• Work with engineering/data teams to support AI model integration, data pipelines, and system enhancements.
• Evaluate SaaS capabilities and processes to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Conduct feasibility analysis for new AI features such as chatbots, predictive analytics, or workflow automation.
• Define KPIs for AI-driven processes (accuracy, adoption, cost savings, efficiency).

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Serve as the bridge between business teams, product managers, engineering, and vendors.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and requirements sessions.
• Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations to leadership with clear reports and presentations.
