- We are seeking a dynamic professional with expertise in Business Analysis, Product Management, and Requirements Management to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives within the airline operations domain.
- The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end process of gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into actionable solutions. You will manage product lifecycles, define functional specifications, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Strong experience in RFP preparation, vendor evaluation, and scoring is essential, as you will play a key role in procurement processes and vendor selection.
- Responsibilities include facilitating workshops to capture requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders, ensuring clarity and completeness of deliverables. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and external partners, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive product management activities, including roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
- Prepare and evaluate RFPs, ensuring compliance and value optimization.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather insights and validate solutions.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide domain expertise in airline operations, supporting decision-making and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business analysis and product management.
- Strong understanding of airline operations and related systems.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
