Job Description

We are hiring a Business Performance Lead to drive strategic performance management across the organization. In this role, you will design and implement performance frameworks, analyze business data, and provide executive-level insights that support informed decision-making. You will work cross-functionally to align KPIs with business objectives and enhance organizational efficiency. This position plays a key role in enabling data-driven performance visibility and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks aligned with company strategy.
  • Review organizational structures to identify performance gaps and bottlenecks.
  • Support managers in conducting job analysis and building meaningful KPIs.
  • Drive the selection, development, and integration of analytics to optimize business activities.
  • Audit employee objectives to ensure full alignment with corporate goals.
  • Analyze business performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop executive dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
  • Partner with departments to align performance objectives with business strategy.
  • Manage management review meetings across departments.
  • Train teams on performance management tools and data-driven practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 57 years of experience, including at least 3 years in business performance.
  • Advanced Excel and strong presentation skills are mandatory.
  • Fluent in English.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • HR/OD background is a plus.
