We are hiring a Business Performance Lead to drive strategic performance management across the organization. In this role, you will design and implement performance frameworks, analyze business data, and provide executive-level insights that support informed decision-making. You will work cross-functionally to align KPIs with business objectives and enhance organizational efficiency. This position plays a key role in enabling data-driven performance visibility and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks aligned with company strategy.
- Review organizational structures to identify performance gaps and bottlenecks.
- Support managers in conducting job analysis and building meaningful KPIs.
- Drive the selection, development, and integration of analytics to optimize business activities.
- Audit employee objectives to ensure full alignment with corporate goals.
- Analyze business performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop executive dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
- Partner with departments to align performance objectives with business strategy.
- Manage management review meetings across departments.
- Train teams on performance management tools and data-driven practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 57 years of experience, including at least 3 years in business performance.
- Advanced Excel and strong presentation skills are mandatory.
- Fluent in English.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- HR/OD background is a plus.
