About Our Client
My client is a prominent healthcare organization with a network of over 85 clinics across Saudi Arabia. The company's headquarters is located in Riyadh, and they are currently in the midst of an expansion phase, offering a dynamic environment for career growth. They are seeking a talented and experienced Business Application Analyst to join their team.
Job Description
Application Support: Provide technical support for business applications, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, practice management software, and other relevant applications, ensuring minimal downtime and addressing user issues promptly.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and insights, enabling data-driven decision-making to improve clinic operations, patient care, and financial performance.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with various departments to gather and document requirements for new software features and functionality, and ensure successful implementation.
System Integration: Work closely with IT teams to integrate new applications and systems with existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and application interoperability.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and security of business applications, and oversee the deployment of updates and patches.
Training and Documentation: Create user guides and conduct training sessions to ensure staff members are proficient in utilizing the applications to their fullest potential.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with software vendors, ensuring that applications are kept up-to-date and meeting the organization's evolving needs.
Arabic-English Bilingual Communication: Fluent in both English and Arabic, you will serve as a bridge between Arabic-speaking staff and English-speaking IT teams, ensuring effective communication and support.

The Successful Applicant
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Application Analyst in the healthcare industry.
Proficiency in both English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience with healthcare applications, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and practice management software is a plus.
Knowledge of IT best practices, data analysis, and system integration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
