About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Business Architect (8+ years) to lead the design and development of business architecture, align strategy with operations and technology, and support digital and organizational transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current business model, services, and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Design and maintain Business Architecture (capabilities, processes, value streams, services, roles).
- Translate business strategy into executable roadmaps and initiatives.
- Work closely with IT, digital transformation, and product teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Document business processes and models using recognized methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN, ArchiMate).
- Support transformation programs by assessing business impact and dependencies.
- Prepare and present business architecture views and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, Process Management, or Enterprise Transformation.
- Solid understanding of business capability mapping, process design, and operating models.
- Preferably familiar with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
