Responsible to lead, develop and motivate the liabilities RM, RO, ARM teams, including performance assessment and appraisal.
Achieve set targets - for himself and his team- as well as aimed service levels.
Ensure cost efficiency / profitability.
Guide liabilities teams to develop fruitful long lasting relations with existing clients as well as seeking new business opportunities.
Offering comprehensive cash management solutions to clients including collections / payment solutions.
