Role Description

The Business Broker will play a key role in facilitating the purchase, sale, and valuation of businesses for clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting business valuations, identifying potential buyers or sellers, fostering client relationships, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. This is a commission-based, remote role that involves engaging with various stakeholders to ensure mutual satisfaction in business exchanges. Qualifications

  • Expertise in Business Brokerage, Brokerage, and Business Valuation
  • Strong understanding of finance principles and business strategies
  • Proven ability to evaluate and interpret financial data effectively
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines
  • Prior experience in consulting, business development, or related fields is an advantage
