Business Consultant is responsible for Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities and developing customized targeted sales strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generates and manages incoming sales inquiries from different sources like Phone calls, emails, chats, walk-in clients and referrals.
- Followup with new and existing clients and updating status on ZOHO (Training provided)
- Educates clients with information related to company set-up formation, suitable business activities, eligibilities, freezones rules, terms, and conditions.
- Attends events and business networks to maximize sales from other channels aside from the marketing leads.
- Trains and develops business set up firms/ new consultants to maximize number of sales in the market.
- Masters the product information and competition packages
- Actively involved in delivering excellent sales/customer service to the client from sign up until closure.
- Maintaining high conversion rates and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Assisting clients from initial inquiry, requirements to incorporate the company and visa related fees.
- Providing straight forward, transparent, and accurate information related to the requirements of the client.
REQUIREMENTS
- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 2yrs experience in Client-facing and Sales role
- Work experience in Freezone/ Business Setup (preferrable)
- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Presentation skills and computer literate
