Business Developer Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
35 years of proven experience in business development or CRM (preferably in logistics or freight forwarding).
Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Odoo preferred), lead generation, and customer engagement strategies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
