We are hiring a Business Developer whose primary value is an active, usable client network. This role is not for learning sales. It is for landing business.
Core Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
You must already have clients who can be converted into signed projects for Blacktape within a short timeframe.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring ready, decision-making clients in events, marketing, or production to Blacktape
- Convert existing relationships into signed contracts and retained accounts
- Lead commercial discussions from introduction to deal closure
- Represent Blacktape professionally with high-level clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate internally to translate client needs into executable scopes
- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities

- Proven background in events, marketing, or production business development
- Existing relationships with brands, agencies, corporates, or institutions
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Clear understanding of project-based pricing and scopes
- Results-driven mindset revenue matters more than titles
