- Pass a formal assessment on the book with a full score

This step is mandatory and used to measure strategic thinking, persuasion depth, and alignment with how BlackTape operates.
Key Responsibilities- Bringexisting clientsto BlackTape (mandatory)
- Close and manage deals inEntertainment, Marketing, and Production
- Develop long-term client relationships, not one-off transactions
- Represent BlackTape at a senior, decision-maker level
- Work directly with executive leadership on deal strategy
Mandatory Requirements- Proven ability toland clients immediately
- Existingactive client network(will be validated)
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing experience
- High discipline, accountability, and execution standards
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Compensation- Top-of-market salary
