Job Title: Business Development Executive

Industry: Marketing

Location: Alexandria, Egypt

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

Working Days: Sunday to Wednesday (On-Site), Thursday (Remote), Friday & Saturday (Weekend)

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and strategically minded Business Development Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the marketing industry. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and promoting our suite of marketing services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their marketing needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Present and promote our marketing services (e.g., digital marketing, branding, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media management) to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to design customized proposals and pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing services and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
