About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Developer to serve as the engine of our market expansion. You won't just be waiting for leads to arrive; you will be the one opening doors, building bridges, and securing the partnerships that fuel our academy's growth. You are the Growth Catalyst, responsible for identifying opportunities and converting them into tangible enrollment and revenue.

The Daily Momentum: Your Core Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will focus on high-activity outreach and the relentless pursuit of new growth channels:
  • Active Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying and reaching out to potential B2B partners, including local schools, corporate entities, and community organizations. You are responsible for keeping the partnership pipeline full.
  • Pitching & Relationship Building: Conducting outreach calls, attending meetings, and delivering compelling presentations that showcase the value of our educational programs and curriculum frameworks.
  • Sales Funnel Execution: Managing your own portfolio of prospects from initial contact through to the signing of a partnership agreement or enrollment contract.
  • Market Mapping & Outreach: Constantly researching the local educational landscape to identify untapped niches, competitor shifts, and new geographic areas for recruitment.
  • Proposal Coordination: Drafting tailored partnership proposals and agreements that align our course offerings with the specific needs of institutional clients.
  • Networking & Event Representation: Serving as the face of the academy at community events, education fairs, and networking hubs to generate immediate interest and long-term leads.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Tracking all outreach activities and conversion metrics within the CRM to ensure your efforts are hitting weekly and monthly revenue targets.
  • Collaborative Feedback: Working closely with the Academic and Operations teams to share market feedback, ensuring our courses remain competitive and attractive to new partners.
