About the Role

My client is looking for a motivated Business Developer/Sales Representative to help grow their corporate travel platform. You will be responsible for finding new business clients and showing them how the platform makes booking flights, hotels, and managing expenses easier.

This is a target-driven role for someone who loves to talk to people, build rapport, and close deals.

Salary between 7 500 - 12 000 AED.

Responsibilities

  • Find Leads: Reach out to companies to identify the person in charge of travel and expenses.
  • Pitch the Product: Book and run meetings (online or in person) to demo the platform.
  • Close Deals: Follow up with prospects, handle their questions, and get them signed up.
  • Manage Your Pipeline: Keep track of your leads and sales progress daily.
  • Provide Feedback: Communicate with the product team to inform and update them about customer's needs and wants and provide a source of information towards further developments and features.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Languages: Excellent spoken and written English. Being fluent in Arabic is a big advantage for this role.
    • Sales Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales and account management.
    • Tech Experience: Proven experience selling software or technology (B2B). You should be comfortable explaining how a digital platform works.
    • Communication: A people person who can speak confidently with business owners and managers.
    • Work Ethic: Proactive, doesn't wait for instructions to start calling, and is motivated by hitting sales targets.
    • Organized and Methodical: Can keep meticulous records of the pipeline, manage leads and communication records.
    • Tools: Familiar and comfortable with funnel management tools (CRMs, Contact lists, Ticketing systems) and office software (spreadsheets, word processors, presentation software)

    • Consultative Approach: Doesn't just sell but solves problems. Understands how to calculate ROI for a client
    • Resilience: A thick skin and a positive attitude toward hitting and exceeding monthly quotas.
    • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the travel, fintech, or hospitality sectors is a massive advantage.
    • Self-Starter: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where processes are evolving.
