Job Purpose
Drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients in GCC markets, expanding Second Step's service portfolio presence, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion & Sales
Identify and target new potential clients across GCC markets (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman).
Conduct market mapping and build pipelines for qualified leads in outsourcing fields (contact center services, HR outsourcing, back-office operations, IT support).
Prepare, deliver, and negotiate proposals, ensuring pricing competitiveness and value messaging.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting meetings needs assessment proposal closing onboarding handover.
2. Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for new business customers.
Maintain strong relationships through periodic follow-ups and account growth planning.
Coordinate service delivery expectations closely with operations teams.
3. Brand Development & Partnerships
Represent Second Step in conferences, networking events, and industry exhibitions in the region.
Develop strategic partnerships with consultants, business councils, and chamber of commerce networks.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track market trends, competition, and pricing benchmarks in the BPO sector.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
25 years of experience in BPO, outsourcing, customer operations, IT services, or similar industries.
Proven record of achieving sales targets and winning new accounts.
Skills
Strong negotiation & presentation skills.
Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
Relationship-building and networking within GCC markets.
Familiarity with outsourcing operations and service SLAs.
Proficiency with CRM and MS Office tools.
