Role Description

We are seeking a Business Developer specializing in Digital Transformation to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Business Developer will identify growth opportunities, conduct market research, generate leads, build and maintain client relationships, and drive sales for our IoT and machine vision solutions. The candidate will also play a crucial role in promoting FreshSort and developing tailored strategies to meet the needs of our clients while contributing to the company's overall growth goals.

Job Description:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital transformation, IOT, and automation sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, technology partners, and industry influencers.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Present and demonstrate Fruitful Solutions IoT and Machine Vision Solutions, including FreshSort, to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to align solutions with client requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Training and Support: Provide clients with training and support on Digital Transformation products and services, ensuring they maximize the benefits of their Digital Transformation systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within digital transformation, IOT, or automation industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, IOT solutions, and automation technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and industry engagements as required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and create effective business development strategies.
