We are hiring a Business Development Analyst, for our client a leading international conglomerate for their Dubai office.
This position will report to the Managing Director - Travel Retail
Support the development of the Travel Retail commercial strategies, plans and budgets.
Assist the business unit to achieve its overall volume and profit objectives by providing timely accurate inputs and analysis related to volume forecasts, financial projections, pricing scenarios, and optimal inventory levels. Contribute to the preparation of Business Development plans for market expansion. Act as the coordinator within TR business unit with other departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial) to ensure full alignment, agility and speed to action.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain accurate full set of report for the business unit in regards to IMS, forecast, shipment, inventory, costs as well as competitive intelligence landscape
- Assist the team in commercial planning deployment (marketing, POSM, Brand ambassadors fleet, media campaign, exhibitions)
- Contribute to Yearly business plan and quarterly revised forecasts
- Suggest pricing scenarios for market entries
- Support and Prepare price structures ensuring their validation by Finance and Management
- Prepare listing forms for new market/customer entry
- Follow up through from order to product delivery to customer
- Support the Business unit in the development of short-term and long-term Commercial Strategies
- Track, analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of Commercial programs implemented; and provide the findings to relevant internal stakeholders
Qualifications & Requirements:
- University Degree in Business Management; Commerce; Economics.
- 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Experience in a FMCG/Travel Retail
- Proven experience of 2 years in finance department or BD&P projects
