We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development and Events Sales Manager to drive our restaurant's off-site sales and event opportunities. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, large groups, and local organizations to expand our catering and event services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop New Business: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for catering, delivery, and off-site events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, such as local businesses and large companies.
- Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of catering and special events, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase off-premise sales and meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
