Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to support business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market outreach.
- Manage client inquiries and coordinate the quotation process to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Present suitable insurance solutions and convert business opportunities into successful sales.
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and policy renewals.
- Monitor sales activities and support the achievement of business development targets.
- Lead, coach, and support the Business Development team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery and customer support.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and business performance reports.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and business partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and professional business standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance and customer experience.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or another relevant discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 – 6 years of experience in Business Development or Corporate Sales, preferably within the insurance, financial services, or a related industry.
