Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our business brokerage team. The ideal candidate will identify, develop, and nurture business opportunities in the real estate market, assist in client acquisition, and support the buying and selling of businesses. This role requires strong networking skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in real estate and business brokerage.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing commercial and residential properties.
- Support clients in business acquisitions, valuations, and sales processes.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.
- Track sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate, business brokerage, or sales/business development.
- Strong understanding of property markets and business valuations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online marketing platforms.
