We are seeking a highly articulate, commercially driven, and proactive Business Development & Client Engagement Associate to join a fast-paced Investment Banking (M&A) environment. This role focuses on structured outreach, engaging with business owners and senior decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and supporting transaction execution through to completion.
This is a client-facing, commercial role rather than a technical advisory or modeling-focused position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured outreach to business owners, founders, and senior executives
- Initiate and manage commercial conversations across target markets
- Identify, qualify, and progress acquisition or transaction opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
- Support transaction processes and coordination through execution stages
- Collaborate with internal deal teams to ensure seamless handover and follow-up
- Represent the business professionally in all external communications
