About the Role
We are seeking exceptional Real Estate Team Leaders to build and manage high-performing sales teams in Dubai's booming property market. You will lead a team of property advisors, drive revenue growth, and establish market leadership in your specialized segment.

Required Qualifications
- ✓ Mandatory: Fluent in English + French/Russian/Turkish/Arabic (additional languages highly valued)
- ✓ 2+ years as successful Broker in Dubai
- ✓ Proven consistent high-volume performance
- ✓ Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- ✓ Valid RERA certification
- ✓ Deep knowledge of Dubai property market
- ✓ Strong coaching and communication skills
