Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming leads from KSA.
Conduct client meetings, both virtual and in-person (travel required)
Understand client needs and recommend suitable BRX team-building solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations and follow-ups to close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D and Engagement teams.
Track pipeline, targets and reporting.
Requirements
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken).
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in corporate, events, training, or related sectors.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings (mainly Riyadh & Dubai).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Nice-to-Have
Experience working with to HR / L&D teams.
Knowledge of experiential learning or team-building concepts.
Beginners knowledge of events.
