Required Experience

• 10+ years in capital markets, exchanges, or post-trade infrastructure
• Strong expertise in clearing, settlement, custody, and CCP operations
• Experience working with exchanges, regulators, CCPs, custodians, and brokers
• ability to design and implement cross-border market infrastructure

• Establish Tabadul 2.0 end-to-end operating model and governance framework
• Advance revenue-generating structures aligned with Tabadul growth strategy
• Expand post-trade infrastructure including settlement, clearing, and custody
• Optimize DVP and Custodian Models
• Prepare and execute CCP integration framework
• Advance technology and innovation initiatives
• Launch commercial frameworks for trading and non-trading income
• Leverage existing products such as market makers, cross-listings, and IPO connectivity
• Expand Tabadul network into selected Emerging Markets
• Introducing new asset classes and post-trade services
• Support CCP-driven clearing and risk management
• Expand into foreign securities and design MTF framework connected to Tabadul
