Role Purpose
To generate and secure new business for a Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy firm in Saudi Arabia. The role is focused on identifying opportunities, approaching clients, negotiating consultancy fees, and closing service agreements.
This is a revenue-driven position.
Key Responsibilities
Business Generation
- Identify new project opportunities within the Saudi construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Approach developers, contractors, and project owners directly.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into signed consultancy agreements.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Acquisition
- Conduct client meetings and commercial discussions.
- Present company services (Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Advisory).
- Negotiate fees and finalize consultancy contracts.
- Follow up consistently until deal closure.
Market Intelligence
- Track upcoming projects and tender announcements.
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends.
- Provide clear reporting on pipeline, prospects, and secured revenue.
Requirements
- Saudi National.
- 47 years experience in business development within construction, engineering consultancy, or professional services.
- Proven track record of closing consultancy/service contracts.
- Strong network within the Saudi construction market.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Target-driven and results-oriented.
